01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jlluck website accessible at jlluck.org and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, including the game lobby, account management pages, live casino, sports betting, and support systems.
• "Player Account" means a registered account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing real-money gaming services on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds that have been deposited by the Player and are available for wagering or withdrawal, net of any applicable pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player Account by jlluck that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed by a Player before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that licenses and regulates the operation of the jlluck Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations before a Player may make deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory outside the Republic of the Philippines, or any territory within the Philippines from which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the jlluck Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jlluck enforces age verification as part of its mandatory KYC process. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of jlluck or any affiliated company;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion directive, or court order that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not have had a previous Player Account closed for cause by jlluck.

2.3 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Player Account on the jlluck Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. jlluck uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings accrued through the use of multiple accounts may be voided at jlluck's sole discretion.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlluck recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered Players from the account settings page. jlluck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jlluck customer support immediately via live chat. jlluck will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending verification. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation undertaken by jlluck or PAGCOR in connection with suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or government ID details require submission of updated KYC documentation. Changes to your registered contact email or phone number must be verified through the account settings process. jlluck is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated account information provided by you.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

jlluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through PAGCOR-approved payment methods available to Philippine residents. Currently supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlluck does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction. jlluck reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with PAGCOR directives or responsible gaming obligations. Players may voluntarily set lower deposit limits at any time through their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Before processing any withdrawal, jlluck requires completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to verification checks. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jlluck reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the fee schedule available on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlluck offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that include wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry timeframes. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering on different game types may contribute at different percentages toward the wagering requirement — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates and applicable game lists are set out on each promotion's dedicated terms page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlluck employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting errors or bugs in the bonus system; and colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlluck reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the Player Account involved.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page will automatically expire. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. jlluck does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jlluck Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers under continuous oversight. jlluck does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including platform outages, game errors, disconnection during a live game round, or incorrect payout displays — jlluck reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous winning display, jlluck is not obligated to honour the displayed amount. The principle "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jlluck are subject to additional sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to sports wagering activity.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlluck Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended loopholes in games, the Platform, or the bonus system;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age or eligibility during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jlluck staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlluck Platform — including but not limited to the jlluck brand name, logo, game interfaces, software code, graphics, text, database structures, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jlluck or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jlluck.

09 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

jlluck provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of expected winnings, lost profits, or business interruption — even if jlluck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where jlluck's liability cannot be excluded by law, jlluck's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

jlluck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. jlluck provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you may incur over a specified period before your account is temporarily restricted from further wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting jlluck customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Closure by jlluck

jlluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; identity misrepresentation; bonus abuse; violation of PAGCOR regulations; or at the direction of PAGCOR or a competent Philippine court. Where an account is closed for cause, jlluck may withhold funds pending investigation and will act in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements regarding fund disposition.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Player Account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party existing at the date of termination, nor does it affect the continuation of any provisions of these Terms that are expressly or by implication intended to survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9487 (the National Lottery Authority Charter) as applicable to licensed online gaming operations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jlluck arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact jlluck customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. jlluck will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes as the competent regulatory authority. Where PAGCOR processes are exhausted, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

12.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlluck will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
